We were on our way to Scottsdale, AZ from Ohio and were pretty exhausted from a long drive. I believe this Best Western was one of 2 hotels in the area. I had signed up for a rewards card from Best Western online but they couldn't locate my membership. The man at the front desk was really nice, gave us... More

If I could give negative stars I would. I booked this hotel for a one night stay on our way to Greer. I booked using priceline and got the hotel for $60.00. The advertised price was $64.95. Upon booking I called to make my request for a non smoking two bed type. While I understand there are no guarantees when... More

I brought a group to stay at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The owner/manager went above and beyond to accommodate each person in our group in every way possible. The staff are all pleasant, the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the management is extremely helpful and well-connected. I highly recommend this hotel to families, tourists, and... More

I didn't need to be in Phoenix until late morn so I took a chance to stay at this place. It was almost half the cost of a Phoenix motel. All I wanted was a good night sleep and I almost got it. Rooms were very clean. Wifi was good. I wasn't thrilled about the dispenser for soap and shampoo,... More

The staff at this motel are extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here often and it is one of the best motels I have seen. During my most recent stay, Dave was very helpful in arranging for me to travel back to Phoenix after my vehicle broke down. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is excellent and... More

Stayed overnight on road to PHX. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Beds comfortable and pet friendly motel. Good breakfast in a light area room. Motel does definitely overdo the disinfectant smell but other than that it is a good place to stop when on road trip. Fridge and microwave in room which is great when in such hot temperatures. More

Very clean and comfortable room. In good condition. Strong smell of disinfectant was cleared shortly after opening the window and turning on bath exhaust fan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good quality motel room at a fair price. More

As I got to Heber in February, the road was closed to Payson and there was just this one motel, so felt lucky, but felt especially lucky because the accommodations were very clean, updated, and the staff was efficient helping frustrated travelers. Adequate breakfast the following morning. More

if you want bar soap or hot water in which to bathe, or a laundry bag, go elsewhere. The rooms are standard and clean, the beds comfortable. If you want a cold shower, this is the place to be. More

A buddy and I were up camping when a storm hit and we ended up rolling our truck trying to get out. The tow driver took us to Sawmill with little more than the clothes on our backs. Dave must have asked more than a few times if we were OK then offered to drive us to get something to... More
