The room we stayed in and the grounds are very nice- we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub but did not have a chance to use the pool. I realized that I prefer a more flexible breakfast time (drop in instead of at 8am) and I am definitely not up for listening to conservative political views of the host while I... More

We have visited the Phoenix area on several occasions but had always stayed at one of the 'chain resorts'. We decided to seek out a bed and breakfast for this trip and we're so glad we found Bedlam. The rooms were clean and comfortable and Fountain Hills was a very quaint and quiet place to just relax and venture out... More

My husband, our 17-month-old son and I stayed at the The Bedlam B&B last weekend in the Tumbleweed Room. We were completely impressed and delighted with our experience. Our room looks directly at the Four Peaks in the distance, with a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi just outside the windows. A beautiful sunrise over the mountains greeted us both mornings.... More

My husband and I stayed one night at the Bedlam before heading back home after a week's stay in the Phoenix area. The territorial architecture was very fitting for the environment. There were some conversation pieces in the kitchen and dining area that make their home a unique place to visit. Our room was a decent size with a great... More

Our room, amenities, the view, the breakfast the company the hosts were fantastic. Pam and Tom are warm friendly and very genuine people. Their home is beutiful and very well maintained clean and comfortable. Breakfast for the seven days we stayed offered a variety of home cooked items. We have stayed at B&B's across the country and none offered the... More

This is a delightful B&B. A great location with panoramic views and away from the city hustle and bustle. That coupled with Pam's nutritious breakfasts (and great eye for detail) and Tom's interesting anecdotes makes staying here a pleasant experience. Thanks Pam and Tom! The Carlsons were very welcoming-felt like we were visiting good friends. The desert mountain views from the pool area are spectacular and listening to the howling coyotes in the evening was a special treat! And a big breakfast with the other guests was quite enjoyable- More

We picked Bedlam from among about a dozen B&B's in the Phoenix area. We hit the jackpot!! We were seeking a remote, quiet relaxing place to serve as a base for exploring NE Phoenix area. Bedlam is perfectly situated for that. But beyond our expectations were the outstanding breakfasts, the welcoming warmth of our hosts, and the very nicely appointed... More
