This hotel is really the only option for lodging in Florence. On the positive side the hotel did provide a shuttle to the ceremony site and there was coffee in the lobby which you needed due to the long check in process. My husband and I were traveling Arizona and found this gem of a hotel. What a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities. The staff were superior even though they were extremely busy. We would definitely stay here again

Had a 5 night stay here on business and it was a pretty decent stay. Very easy to reach hotel, clean rooms, very adequate parking, and a decent breakfast. Tanya at the front desk was both charming and so helpful! The hotel was clean and very comfortable. We had a great stay and also a great breakfast in the morning! This is the ONLY place to stay in Florence.

1st day was packed with 2 baseball teams and a wedding group, front desk staff completely overwhelmed. Tonya was very rude to an elderly lady trying to give Tonya her info, was a bad 1st impression!!! Luckily it turned out to be a better experience but the rudeness was somewhat bothersome.
