What a little gem we found here!! This is a house and you have the free run of bottom floor, with one king size ensuite bedroom and a queen size ensuite bedroom (overlooking the beach), a living room with a little kitchen, just lovely. Very well appointed and comfortable B&B for our last night in New Zealand. Great view of the sun rising over the sea! More expensive yes but the quality is infinitely better than nearly any other b&b I've ever stayed in. Top notch hotel feel but also like a home because it was cosy. The extra expense was totally offset by the cooked breakfast the next day. Fabulous.
