This is a great place to stay. Good location on the Bay hill close to good restaurants, central Timaru and Caroline Bay. The walks on Caroline Bay are beautiful regardless of the time of year. Stayed here for 1 night in April 2012. Service was friendly and the ground floor 1 bd with full kitchen was spot-on. Price was reasonable and the location was excellent. Right next to good views over ocean, park and the pub was 20 metres away for good beer and great food.

This was a great Motel to stay in. Central location and close to town. Would definately stay again.

We stayed here for xmas eve and xmas day what a great place. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit . Extremely comfortable and the views off our deck looked out over Caroline bay. I would recommend this super friendly Motor lodge to all.
