Me and my girlfriend spend 2 nights here. The overall experience was good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, the pick up from Lao Cai was well organized. Scooter for rent, laundry service and arrangements for the night train back to Hanoi. As said, overall quality was fine!

We weren't able to check in early so had to wait around for 6 hours, not ideal when you come straight from the sleeper train but we went for a wander and had some food to pass the time. This place was really good value. We had two adjoining rooms for the four of us with wifi. The weather can be shocking in Sapa so a room with space to hang out in is important!
