We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and have not any hesitation in recommending Hoang Ha to our friends. Our room is very clean and the bedding is so much comfortable. This hotel is located in a very convenient place that we could easily walk to the most parts of the city…Overall, It’s worth a place to stay in Sapa. More

Stayed here as an overnight stay during my visit to Sa Pa The hotel is 'Tired', dated but centrally located at the top of the hill The staff can never be found and when you do find them they are too busy chatting on their mobile phones The rooms are fitted out with amazing furniture but there is no air... It is located in our favorite place, very quiet, the room is nice decor, staff is professional and speak English very well, we went to Hanoi by night train from Sapa but they arranged to pick us up at 4h30 a.m free of charge, that's so great, even we got free breakfast. Thanks for your friendly! More

The hotel overall (cleaning and facilities) was ok. But I was very shoced when the second night I asked for a heater as I was a bit sick, and the previous night I couldn't sleep. They told me my booking didn't include heating, so I had to pay extra ¿? after half an hour arguing with staff (no shift manager)... More

We didn't stay the night but our tour and transfers left from this hotel so spent about a day there. Firstly they were kind enough to offer us a room to shower in and a storage room for our bags. They did not give us towels and when we asked they gave ( our party of four) 1 hand towel.... More

We were here only for a short time. Our tour agency SapaPathfinder arranged this place to let us take a shower and had breakfast before heading out for our trekking. The room is really old and seems to be at least 20 years behind time, not dirty but not clean either. The meals, below average. Luckily we insisted on the... More

I stayed here for one night during my stay in Sapa, the hotel isn't very very central, takes like 7-10 min. walking to the market. The staff who serve breakfast don't speak English, the rooms are very very basic, and the tour agents sitting in the lobby are not very helpful. The accomodation in this hotel was part of a... More

We stayed at the Hoang Ha Hotel during a visit to Sapa. Except for 1 mature gentleman the staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. The rooms were nothing like the photos; being cold, basic and unwelcoming. There was no a/c, no heater and when we asked for extra quilts they said they did not have any. The food -... More

We booked this hotel to spend 2 nights in Sa Pa. When we arrived, we were shocked: It is a chinese-style hotel with huge pillars, staircases etc. This is definitely not a hotel with nice atmosphere. However, rooms were clean, shower was working o.k. and was hot, staff was friendly (although there were some misunderstandings, because only one of them... More
