The room was well cleaned and the bed comfortable. There is a shortcut to the Lighthouse beach through the old part of the hotel (I can't remember how many steps, probably 50 maximum) or there is a slightly longer route by road. A few niggles, e.g. they will only collect laundry after 8am which is inconvenient if early morning sightseeing... More

I had not checked other hotels near Kovalam beach but i found this hotel ok to stay. Good point is beach is very near to the hotel. Rooms are tidy and food quality is fine. I had taken the sea view which was partially blocked by the coconut tree. More

Room on higher level was ok albeit a bit tired looking. Was kept very clean with towel change every day and bed linen every other day.Shower was good. Breakfast was quite good, some sort of cereal, toast, eggs however you wanted them, juice and the worst tea & coffee I've ever tasted! The walk down steep steps to the beach was a drag and... More

Initially reception it looks good but it is very misleading. Don't accept any of the standard double rooms at the lower level. They are sub standard. Ours had a broken window mended with tape covered by the thin curtain. The breakfast was very good though! More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 adult daughters. General impression is good, modern and clean. We had a double with extra bed, which was a chaise lounge sofa which was quite firm. (In their defence, so were most beds in India I slept in) Room was large with long distant view of the beach. Good views from... More

The staff at the hotel is pathetic. The room was not clean. There was a used condom in the dustbin when we checked in. The food that was served was uncooked. When we complained to the manager, he was unapologetic and was very rude. We left the dinner in between to meet the higher management. Not a single person was... More

This was the last hotel on our trip and as we arrived in the foyer it looked good. This is a light and airy space stylishly furnished with comfortable chairs. Expectations dipped the moment I went to my room. The furniture is okay but the bed linen and towels were very shabby and the bathroom fitments were poor. The mattress... More

The hotel is a short walk from the beach. The lobby is nice, and the initial impression, as you walk past the two pools and the open-air bar and pleasant restaurant, is favorable. As you go deeper, it's just OK. The two pools have hardly any deck chairs, and it's hit or miss if you'll get a towel. The restaurant... More

Last year in January my wife and I during our Kovalam trip stayed in this resort. It is quite close to the beach and light house tower. At the top of the hotel is open air dining hall. While eating you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Arabian sea. It is a memorable experience. Specially at dinner with light... More
