Right from welcome to the send off, the hotel gave a wholesome experience. Ambience, Service, Food, Amenities were all up to the mark, and left us with a longing desire to come back again! Highly recommended!

We stayed in UDS during April 2013. The ambience is nice. Room was decent. Buffet Lunch and BF was excellent, tasted the best of vegetarian food of Kerala. Dinner from Room service was pathetic, needs improvement. Room service was good

we went for our honeymoon there..the property is awesome..with all modern facilities.the staff are very warm and served us the best they can.food is awesome.they maintained cleanliness and safety.pools were neat and clean.the beach is just awesome to relax and romance.but all rooms are not sea facing.food is bit over priced too.

For an average plus traveler this is reasonable place to stay right at the Kovalm Beach area. Hotel is sharing a small portion of the beach with the local population. We a group of 10 were stayed for 2 nights . rooms are small sanitation and fittings are below standards, service is not upto the mark. Room AC s are pathetic. even kettle of the room was not working. No qualitative standards of a beach resort is maintained. No logic behind closing swimming pools at 6 in the evening.

Been there with family in last week of March. Rooms were very small, not very clean by the standards. Shower and changing room area was filthy. Buffet lunch and breakfast place not having AC. Overall very dissatisfying
