The English owners will be occupying one bedroom of the 3 story house, in order to provide constant supervision of the staff and amenities, and to give helpful advice. Keralan hospitals, dentistry and optical services are world class, at half the cost of their European and American counterparts. Any medically referred clients may stay a their leisure for convalescence purposes. Within easy distance are a fabulous diversion of places of interest for the traveller, including cool lakes, mountains, beaches and historical monuments and temples. Just spent an absolute great 14 days at Pammae Palace with. owners Geoff and Pam. Spacious, clean rooms. It is situated in a quiet street with lovely views from the top balcony. Booked form UK in advance and arrived at the "palace" having been collected from airport..unfortunately we only stayed a few nights, Pam and Geoff made us most welcome... nice people but the location was not for us... too far from Lighthouse Beach also wrong time of visit festival time meant loud music from temples.....rickshaw there and back to beach so...
