The Kenai River Hideaway was very enjoyable, it is in a perfect location right on the Kenai river. It has its own fishing dock and fish cleaning station. Alan and Merriam Humpheries are the greatest people. They provide anything you need. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at the morning breakfast also. Great place to stay. Right off the Kenai River. You can fish from the docks or head down the street a bit, depending on the time of year and what you're fishing for. Convenient location. Quiet. The hosts are very genuine and helpful, they are available to answer questions and recommend areas in and around town.

Our hosts, Miriam & Alan Humphries, provided all the comforts of home. Excellent accommodation situated on the banks of the Kenai river and just a short drive from the town of Soldotna. With beautiful scenic river views and set in a peaceful and tranquil location with wildlife literally on the doorstep (especially moose), this was a wonderful place to stay.... More
