Very comfortable,homey,private, and quiet - with spectacular ocean view and beach access. One of THE nicest b&b's in Kodiak. Beautifully decorated with all the extra touches - for a relaxing stay. Equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen and W/D. Highly recommended for a couples special get away. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

This Bed & Breakfast is the best in Kodiak. This is the third time I have stayed here and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The view of the channel is unbeatable, the furnishings make me feel like I am home and the owners are always available to help with anything we need. I cannot wait to visit Annie's again.
