My wife and I have made 2 bear viewing/fishing trips to Munsey's and I'm certain we'll make more in the future. Mike and Robin Munsey are great people that provide their guests a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy some of the most incredible experiences that Alaska has to offer. If you want to see how Kodiak brown bears act... More

Simply, Mike has the most professional staff of any of the places I have ever hunted in Alaska. The experience of being on Kodiak Island and waking each... More

I have been to Munsey's Bear Camp 6 times to either hunt or fish. Each time I have taken family and friends who throughly enjoyed a true wilderness vacation. Both Mike and Robin Munsey have it down pat when it comes to providing a memorable trip. The fishing for salmon and halibut is fantastic. Wildlife from bears to eagles abound.... More

Wow this was an experience!! It wasn't just bear viewing - it was a true Alaskan experience. Our hosts took us to fish, bear view, hike, and whale watch. We saw fin whales, lots of eagles, bears, and fished for halibut, salmon, and dollys. Not to mention the beautiful scenery and surroundings. You can do the "tourist thing", but if... More
