Very helpful when were booking. Picked us up at ferry. Lovely room. Jose was great. Arranged to take our luggage to Lodge. Would stay there again.

Good customer service, rooms on the small side but very nice. Great view but alot of street noise... I love the antique furniture! I would stay there again.
Old school hotel. Walk up rooms (which may affect access for some) are clean, attractive. Very proximate to downtown KTN. Staff is friendly. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.
Jessica and Jose are wonderful hosts--you will enjoy your stay here! We have stayed at all of the hotels in Ketchikan after over 20 years in Alaska and always stay here whenever possible!
I travel often to Ketchikan for business. The Hotel is conveniently located in downtown and easy walking distance to many ammenities including a grocey and restaurants. The hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. Jose is wonderful in accomoating my business needs as well as being knowledgable about the city. The staff is amazing!

It all started with my first call looking for a room, Jose was very accomodating and helpful in my quest to find a room to stay in Ketchikan. We were given the Star Room above Soho Coho. The room is charming with a comfortable feather bed, tastefully displayed antiques and a great, two-person jacuzzi. The service is great, the prices are amazing and the rooms are comfortable. Best hotel in Ketchikan. We stay here several times a year and love it!
I agree with the other reviews! It's a great little historic hotel ideally situated in the center of town. Our room was cute, clean, comfortable & nicely restored. The room faced the front of the hotel & we enjoyed watching folks catch salmon from the bridge below, but what really made it stand out was the outstanding customer service.

Stayed in one of the units with a loft over Ketchikan Creek in February 2012. Nice get away from the average hotel room. Bed in my unit was very comfortable. Large tub with jets was very nice also. Would certainly stay there again next time in Ketchikan.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to many places to eat or shop. I have stayed here many times and have always had great service. The rates are very reasonable, with frequent specials. This is the first place I call when I need a hotel in Ketchikan.
