Very friendly and helpful hosts and staff. My wife and I stayed in one of the small family cabins which was simple and rustic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant served very good meals and the young staff was friendly and energetic. The lodge is located just off the highway but we did not notice any highway noise.

Owners were very friendly. We stayed at an historic log house dating from 1905. Felt like little house in the prairie... We got a room overlooking the Gakona river, with private bath. Located near awesome Wrangell NP. No restaurants, no shops. Just nature... Breakfast = delicious mufins and coffee. Thank you Valory!
