A little out of the way and not on most itineraries of the cruise lines. But, so glad to have went to this off the beaten path of beauty! It was a very quiet, peaceful surrounding on the jaw dropping turquoise colored Kenai River. Loved the hometown feel of the bar/restaurant. Quaint with great service. Sit on the deck and... More

Top knotch acommodations and and a memorable fishing trip...there we were in the lobby that evening listening to everyone talking about how fishing was slow that day. We were delighted to have been the ones to say that we had a banner day. Robert put us out with the Kenai Cash and we hammered fish all day long...amazing. We had... More

We did a cruise tour with Princess this summer. During the second week, we visited several places on land from Cooper Landing to Fairbanks. The Kenai Princess Lodge was by far the best in all aspects. The rooms were large with wood burning stoves which made the ambiance wonderful! The dining facilities were fantastic! All of the staff bent over... More

This resort is nested in the middle of a forrest. The lodges themselves are of very good quality. The restaurant is not to be missed if you stay there. Highly recommended place. If you intend to spend a few days there, don't forget to book in advance. Other way, they will not have any place left for you...

This was the first of the four lodges we stayed in , it is set in a beautiful location of real natural beauty. The transfer of our luggage was really good and our cases where in our room when we arrived , we arrived by coach from Whitter after completing the first part of our holiday on board Diamond princess... We stayed in Kenai wilderness lodges in September 2012 for 2 nights and what an excellent place it was, we where shown to our log cabins which where tastefully decorated equipped with a log burner and a good stash of logs outside, that where filled up each day. The log cabins where comfortable clean and very warm. We thoroughly enjoyed... More

This hotel is very beautiful with lodges on the side of the mountain, spacious rooms, firewood/fireplace, sundecks, private parking, and quiet. We stayed here the last week of August so it was shoulder season and the tourists had all but left. It's a hike to the river, but they have a shuttle to get you back to the top of... More

This is by far my favorite of the four Princess Lodges we visited on our cruise tour. The staff outdid themselves in welcoming the group, the rooms are amazing with individual wood stoves, super decor, and gorgeous grounds. The landscaping is incredible, the food was superb, the gift shop is well-thought out and I want to go back. :)

The RV park is next to the lodge, so you can use the lodges services too. The park was $40 a night, full hook ups and pretty nice except for the sled dogs and puppies in one of the camp sites. We picked a spot as far away as possible and that helped. Husband and daughter picked up 3 day... More

After being welcomed with a hasty lunch so that we could meet our scheduled rafting experience on the Kenai River, post-rafting we enjoyed such a comfortable night at the lodge. The decor was stunning in natural wood, we had two big beds, and a balcony overlooking some of the gardens. A short walk took us down to the fast flowing... More
