I would not recommend anyone staying the Cooper Landing area stay at Red Salmon Lodge. First, we arrived and were told the cook would be 'unavailable', so we would be on our own for meals. The cabin appeared nice, with all the amenities, but when we attempted to go to sleep at 10pm, we discovered numerous rodent nests in both... More

This beautiful handcrafted log lodge caters primarily to anglers from around the globe. They are experts in preparing that excellent wild Red Salmon and all rooms have spectacular views of the Kenai River and all rooms have Jacuzzi tubs. Easy to access located on the Sterling Highway at Mile 48.5. More
