Really enjoyed staying here. Our university group used CRB as a hub in San Jose between trips out to both coasts, La Fortuna, etc. No complaints about the place. Our group particularly liked the chance to meet travelers from around the world and hang out at the bar after a long day of travel.

I enjoyed my stay there. The location is good, it is a nice walk to the center of the town. The taxi driver wanted to take us somewhere else and kept telling us that the place is full. This hostel does not pay commission to the taxi drivers so you really have to insist.
