The staff is great. Really friendly. Great restaurant with lovely view of the beach, jungle, and monkeys. The food is high quality. The grounds are wonderful and lush. If you're in the lower adults-only area and have a problem walking, you should be aware that there is a really steep hill you'll need to climb daily. One weird thing: there... More

Stayed in room #8 at CV II for four nights. This is on the second floor of a building that is two stories above the highest trees at ocean level, and there is a panoramic 180 degree view from the room and its balcony of the Pacific Ocean with nothing blocking the view at all other than a couple of... Great staff, beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and large and have great views. The staff is super helpful. We sat on our balconies in the morning and watched the capuchin monkeys work their way across the trees to our room.. also saw the monkeys playing while we had breakfast. Fantastic restaurants - epecially liked the Wagon and the restaurant... More

The website led us to believe Costa Verde was a couples resort in the wilderness with all the amenities. When we were there, neither pool was cleaned or open which was a little disappointing. The views however, were gorgeous, and we did get to see a monkey and quite a few iguanas. Beds were not so comfortable, but having candles... More

We stayed here for three nights, two of them in Costa Verde II's Studio Plus room (with a full on view of the ocean) and one night in a Studio (facing inland but with side views of the ocean). What we liked: The view from the room itself as well as the spacious balcony was perfection. The rooms are super... More

Rainy season in Manuel Antonio couldn't be nicer and Costa Verde II was once again a great stop! Though the Anaconda Restaurant was only open during breakfast hours, The Cantina was available and my daughter saw so much wildlife and beautiful scenery, that her first trip to CR will not be her last - thank you!
