I have stayed at the Cocal in years past but wouldnt want to be within 2 blocks of the place now. It is nothing but a prostitute hang out . Unless you want casino action, which was fun, and a bar full of old guys buying hourly favors from younger CR women, I would avoid the small hotel. Outside the room until 3am every morning it was loud. The rooms were probably over used for things besides sleeping if you know what I mean (watch out for your sheets). More
