We stayed here a few weekends back. A room for two with a private bathroom & A/C was 15,000 colones ($30).
FTs is across the street from Witch's Rock Surf Camp, which is right in front of the beach. The location is central to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc.
The room was in good condition. The floor, linens, bathroom, etc....
