Basic room with bed, desk with no chair, fan, or AC for $10 more, but the floors were clean enough to eat off of. Private bath, private parking, and great location downtown on Avenue Centrál within walking distance of good sodas and restaurants. You can negotiate lower prices for stays longer than a few days.
