Stayed here while traveling. Slightly older hotel, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Price average of those of slightly higher caliber. Hot breakfast was good. Parking area a little questionable around back for a woman traveling alone. Noisy "soldiers and fisherman" partying a bit much, but overall not bad.

Despite the bad reviews we did not have much money so we tried this hotel.-It was clean! It did not have a bad smell. And I am very sensitive to smells like mold, dust, and smoke. This is not Holiday Inn. It is Emerald river hotel now and this place is better than before. Friendly staff, clean rooms, well lit up parking lot. Since my last stay was in May new management is improving this hotel. No more water leaking in the lobby and Lounge has air fixed. I recommend this Hotel for future stay.
