Our school reservered 10 rooms on Sept 14 2011 for the Al State track meet in May of 2012. We had the confirmations reaffirmed. We arrived to be told that the rooms had been flooded by a bathtub overflow and had to scramble to locate another place to stay. We were informed by another school that stayed there, that we... More

We were disappointed by visiting this hotel. We booked a Jacuzzi room but when we arrived the tub was broken. No apologies they just ignored it. Further more was the breakfast quite freighting. As soon as you enter the area a lady is on your back and is distributing the food. I got a big mouth because I put to... More

First with the great..... Comfortable bed, good towels, and the best thing was having direct tv with a 32 inch lcd. This is the first hotel that had direct tv with a direct tv remote. The not so good..... It could of been cleaner, the 3rd floor hallway smelt like smoke, but not in the room. The last few days... More

The hotel room was large and as expected. We didn't have any complaints. We took advantage of their breakfast to go bags because we were in a hurry in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay, nice room, clean and very comfortable. The girl that checked us in, Nickia, was awesome. She was so sweet and she recommended a great resturant near by called Tally Ho's. We would stay here again.

My family and I were in Selma visiting family for the holidays. The room had a mildewy, unfresh smell, and sticky spot in the carpet. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open without you propping it open and the faucet was broken and unintuitive to operate. That being said, this is the best hotel in Selma. Customer service was wonderful, the... More

Room was clean enough to stay in but needed to be better for business travel. The hotel is getting old and is showing it's age. The shower head was cheap white plastic thing from Walmart that broke when I attempted to adjust. Staff kept leaving outside doors propped open - no good. AC was loud. Everything looked and felt old.

Stayed there a week and never again. First night, there was a drunk college student party going on in the room next to ours. We had a connecting door between the rooms and could hear the yelling, loud TV, and banging around both through the hall door and the connecting door. We had traveled all day and were exhausted. After... More

I had a wonderful stay, Hampton Inn in Selma is the only hotel that put fresh bed sheets on the bed every day. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.
