But not anymore. Very poor service from all staff. Very little English is spoken despite it being next to a convention center. Not enough elevators means a 5 minute wait and very crowded rides. I suggest considering the nearby Hua Ting Towers, one stars higher, another level of service. The Everbright is a titanic structure, where even marble shows cracks. My room was small, dusty and smoky. The morning buffet displayed only chinese food options. The overall sense of dated, unclean place has marked my staying.
