Everything you would expect from this brand in a major city. The only drawback was construction noise from second story restaurant remodel made the lobby very noisy at times. The gym was great, executive lounge food very tasty. Starbucks right outside and close to trains and planes at Hongqiao. Will stay here again.

I have stayed hundreds of hotels in china but nothing beats this hotel. Everything was perfect the check in and check out was fast and smooth the room was clean the bed heavenly service impeccable. The hotel is near the Hongqiao hub airport and bullet train station.

No complaints. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Starbucks right in the hotel complex. What more could you want? Plus, an English speaking Christian congregation meets at the hotel on Sundays, which is great if you're here on the weekend and want to meet with fellow believers.
