Nice clean hotel but very limited English speaking staff & those you can find don't understand enough to answer any questions. The breakfast buffet was OK but dinner was nightmare both in restaurants & room service. No english menus or English speaking staff. This is a typical 3+star hotel in Shanghai. It is walking distance from the South Shanghai Stadium (about 1000m) which is line 1. Great overall experience if price is not an issue. Rooms are well designed, bathroom and overall funcionality are of the best in Asia.
