The Porter service need to improve, i arrived at the hotel with a big luggage, nobody come to open the taxi door and when i was in the hotel nobody bother to offer help to carry my luggage. Overall the hotel is 4star decoration and cleaness but 3 star service

stayed for 4 nights, room magnificent, huge, marble floors, huge bed,Executive floor excellent value for money. spotless, friendly, english speaking staff. would stay again, in fact best we have ever stayed in.

Well located , good ambience , good comprehensive breakfast .Executive Floor is definitely vale for Money . Both Restaurant & Housekeeping Service requires some improvement - but overall as usual a comfortable stay. Reception & Concierge Services very helpful. Internet connectivity excellent

Upon entering the hotel, we knew right away that it was not a place to stay. Carpet in lobby was so filthy you wanted to sanitize your shoes after walking on it. in the middle of nowhere, give this place a miss. The staff are unfriendly, the rooms average to poor, minifridge unstocked, and everyone generally unhelpful and unpleasant. Felt like a low-end business accommodation.

Good standard Hotel but miles away from the main attractions in Shanghai. Spent hours on the crowded Shanghai roads getting to places. Stayed there in May as part of a China Direct Tour felt that the company had chosen this hotel because being so far out it was cheaper!
