Stayed in the hotel twice this May and in December 2012. Very high standard of service. Excellent facilities. Great view from clubhouse breakfast room or bar looking across to the Bund. Only 10-15 to the Bund by Taxi. Would recommend. But beware - it is quite expensive: near the top of the cost level in Shanghai.

I just stayed 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and paid great attention to detail. The choice of breakfasts from around the world was great and the coffee was perfect. The Rooms were spotless and the spa and swimming pool are definitely worth checking out. I would definitely recommend it.
