“Good bar and great location if attending the Exhibition centre next door”

This Sheraton is certainly not up to the usual Sheraton standards. The rooms, while spacious enough, had beds as hard as rocks. The staff were pleasant enough and the food was reasonable in quality and price. Shanghai is expensive for accommodation, and next time I will pay the premium and stay near or in the Bund area.

“Comfortable, friendly service, good value”

Stayed for a week here, found the room very comfortable and service very good. Easy taxi ride to the Bund, Circus, Yuan gardens. Only issue Bar very very pricey Safe location and a few nice place to eat nearby Shanghai zoo very close and enjoyable stay Would recommend

This is a old hotel but I won't complain. It's actually pretty good deal. Our company managed to negotiate a fantastic deal with them and we have been staying here ever since.
