This is great hotel at the very epicenter of Shanghai, trusted other tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed, would stay again, great location 2 mins from everywhere, you would be pleased with here. Very clean fairly modern, here on holiday with my wife much better than we had expected good luck.

had not the best view when looking out of the window of the room, but that is not the problem of hotel but more one of the city. Hotel is great in every way, I would stay there again. Breakfast is too expensive. SPA is wonderful Service friendly English communication no problem

Have stayed here just for one night during business trip, but I can say hotel is very nice with good location. Room, lobby etc. ware very clean. Breakfast very good. Staff frendly and helpful. Nice view from upper levels on city. One of the best hotel I visited.

Have stayed here for 3 of 6 trips to Shanghai. Rates can often be found for a third less than the Radisson, Westin and Sofitel which are the other hotels I've stayed at. Clean rooms, great services, very polite and helpful staff. Great location to start exploring Shanghai from, and a short walk to the rail station We had a higher floor room that faced Pu'an road. Wifi can be slow and unreliable. Our room had a wired connection which was MUCH better.

The place was great, very good service, almost everybody speaks english and the location is the best you can get. Near subway stations, shopping stores, etc. The pool is very relaxing and is almost always alone. Check the spa highly recommended.
