The newly renovated room bring back some sparks to Hilton Shanghai but quality is merely average as compared with Hilton Hongqiao. Location is excellent and central and view from high floor room and executive lounge is great. Nice hotel with expected Hilton brand quality overall. Don't bring any guests to the executive lounge or show up before/after happy hour hours. You will pay a lot more for snacks and drinks at the lounge then for a dinner afterwards. Staff and management have no flexability to adjust.
