We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The interior is impressive, the location is good. We enjoyed our executive club member privileges. The only thing that could really be better is the friendliness and the personal care in the lobby (check in and concierge).

Called hotel for train station name closest to hotel, operator struggled with english and thankfully my wife managed mandarin and got us to the hotel. In terms of an international establishment, i would have preferred to converse in english.
