“Great hotel, lacking Jumeirah standard”

This is a great hotel, but living in Dubai we are used to the high standard that Jumeirah sets. Our room was wonderful but we found that the staff struggled to understand English and therefor could not always meet our needs. Was very lucky to get upgraded to a suite as the hotel was full on arrival. Had a very luxurious room with a little sitting area and kitchen!
