You get the basics: clean room, shower, wired internet for about $50 USD. (there are rooms that are even cheaper) The beds are firmer than most western hotels. The walls are fairly thin. My room had a fridge and a safe.
Breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about and there is a very small exercise area with minimal equipment....
