Floors were very dirty in rooms. Cooling did not work and construction was going on outside hotel all night. Staff spoke little to no english. restaurant was ok. Not a big selection but did in pinch. Would not stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at Heyi, during the visit to Shanghai for the fair in Everbright Conventional Centre.
Hotel is just OK, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean, but the shower didn't work and they didn't fixed it.
Free WiFi is working only on lower floors. On upper floors you should use cable connection.
There's no international TV channels available, only...
