Stayed here for 2 months. Location is good, above a metro station. Staff speak english. Popular with Chinese families and Japanese businessmen.
Access to decent gym in adjoining hotel. Paid RMB 19k/month for 2 bed. Let down by very poor breakfast - poor quality chinese and western foods. Service staff are usually quite efficient.

It is recommended for a small family with 2 bedrooms because it's just a nice place almost 5 star like, with a kitchen, living room and cost around USD150/night.
I would definitely come back here with colleagues and friends because it's just cheaper than having 2 rooms. Location also excellent because close to a subway station exiting at Zhong Shan...
