We stayed in Unit 1405. Don't make this mistake.. The room is run down, furniture on deck broken, toilet kept running ( maintenance had to fix) dryer didn't work etc. the furniture inside was old and uncomfortable, the bed was soft and lumpy. We stayed in 407 at Phoenix X for a Spring Break getaway. Everything was absolutely wonderful from check-in to checkout....a flawless process. Needless to say, I will book thought Brett/Robinson vacations again and again. The condo was spacious & clean, my family had a great experience! Thanks for everything!!!

Went with a group of friends in March and had an amazing time stayed in unit 310 which I can't recommend more. Everything was perfect from the room to the beach! Couldn't ask for a better vacation! Wonderful staff and close to everything, Florabama is literally right next door!
