We have no complainants. A two nights stay. This Microtel inn was( Like) Brand new !!!! Well kept. Everything and everyone was so nice and friendly. My daughter have surgery at EAMC and the staff here just made this trip a better one with there smiles. Oh and very quite.

Based on the price I was something less. I was pleasantly impressed and have referred others to stay at microtel. The entire staff was pleasant, the rooms were spacious and clean. Actually I am planning another trip to Jacksonville FL and have already found a Microtel there, I hope the experience is equal!!!

Everything was great. Just a small tip. Please shampoo the rugs in the rooms to keep the hotel at top notch. I love the colors of the lobby and in the rooms. Please clean the rugs in all the rooms because I love staying there and the rugs are startiing to look not nice. I always stay at this location... More
