This hotel was beautiful, and VERY clean! Both Rhonda and John at the front desk to a STELLAR job at making your stay as wonderful as possible. I was extremely impressed! I will return to this hotel if I am back in the Mobile area.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our two small children and enjoyed it. The only complaint I could come up with was that they did not offer a continental breakfast. I assume this was because they wanted you to have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Each time was a great experience. Even my three year old son said "nice room! " He quickly put his pediasure in the refrigerator and toothbrush in the bathroom to make himself at home. The breakfast is great (priority club members get a discount) and the staff is very friendly.

Everything looked brand new. Great price with AAA. The location was perfect for us because we had family nearby. It is located just off of 65. Mall located on other side of 65. The rooms were large. The staff here - especially the front desk personnel - were very helpful. The hotel appears to be very new, and clean - if I had one complaint it would be that the walls and construction appear to be average, considering how much noise I could hear in my room, both from the hallway and also from the floors above.

Solid holiday inn stay. This is a new building so quite clean and modern. The front desk staff were not rude but not overly friendly compared to most hotels we stay in.
