hi, i stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Best part of this hotel is location that is very near to calangute beach plus all major beaches r near by within 10 km radius. Had a decent stay... Breakfast was also nice surely a nice place according to its price.

My stay along with my wife was very pleasant, Value for money, walkable distance from calangute and baga beach. breakfast was ok . No noise pollution. As everyone spends most of the time, would suggest to have food outside. an street food is extremely tasty compare to restuarant.

No service whatsoever. Rooms are extremely filthy. Hotel accessories are third class. Towels provided are dirty and stink. Did not get a feeling as if the room was cleaned in a long time. Avoid this accommodation.

I loved to stay at this hotel. Very clean rooms and excellent service. Perfect location if you want to stay in Goa centrally. Saturday market is close by.

If you're going to stay at Anup holiday homes then I would say welcome to hell. If there is no hotel in goa available except for anup holiday homes then I suggest not going to goa.
