Sounded like the people above us were about to come crashing in!! Terrible construction. Also heat did not work so Very cold! We were told that it was another type of hotel before being bought by Country Inns...they need to do a lot of work on it

Easy to find. Clean, safe location with every type restaurant & shopping within minutes from hotel. Helpful, friendly & professional front desk staff. We have stayed in this chain throughout IL, IN, AZ, TN, AL. All have the same basic great amenities but this was the best location yet.

Hotel is old and out of date. I was very disappointed. The cookies were not fresh. Colors were fadded. Not sure where the pictures came from on this review. The hotel did not look like this. Outside fools you since it doesn't look that bad. Only plus its the rooms are very large.

Where to start? The wallpaper by the sink was moldy and peeling off the walls. The open cabinet under the sink was moldy and sagging, the tub was filthy and covered w/ body hair when I checked in.
