We are extremely sorry for your experience. The blue tarp on the roof, pool furniture being blown about, and clock blinking was due to a storm that had just come through. Room and amenities were average. The floor hadn't been vacuumed very well, but the manager on duty came in and vacuumed it for us, which was much appreciated. We had a ground-floor room, as requested, and this was much appreciated.

This is a newly built hotel, very clean, willing employees. We first noticed when we walked in the Queen size bed was not as large as ours at home.
