My friends and I had a great time here for Hangout Festival. Rented through Brett/Robinson Vacations and their customer service is excellent! Could have had a better time at the beach! Thank you Brett/Robinson!

Nice rooms, well stocked, nice view. BUT, I would not recommend this place unless you want to spend most of your time waiting on elevators. They are extremely slow. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view. This was a great alternative to just a hotel room. The bedroom had a king size bed. The bunk beds were small, however the couch made out into a full size bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The half bath was also a nice extra.... More

Room was clean; furniture nice; view excellent. Noisy people upstairs. Elevator slow. bedroom window faces outside wall and is noisy and perhaps not very safe.

We have been vacationing at Gulf Shores for more than ten years. This was our second trip to this property. The service at check-in was much improved and efficient. The accommodations are sumptuousness and comfortable. This is a grand location for family fun, well-managed to support family relaxation. We'll be back next year.

This may be the low end of the Phoenix properties. The bedroom is located in many units next to the outside hall.
