First and foremost, I think people need to keep in mind that the individual condos are owned by individuals. The building itself is older, but seems to be well kept. This place is great, its right on the beach and right in front of Sea-N-Suds the best place to eat in Gulf Shores. We love to stay here every year. Highly recommend it!

Our fist time visiting Gulf Shores Alabama and we loved it. We stayed at the Boardwalk and loved being on the beach. The condo we had needed some updating but it was very clean and that's more important to me than the decor. If I visit Gulf Shores again I would stay there.

This was the smallest condo I have ever seen. Lights were burned out, outlits did not work, so bring an extension cord. The internet was as slow as christmas and the remote only went down not up. We will not stay here again.
