The staff is always pleasent and work with you in making your stay enjoyable. I enjoy using the gym the hotel purchased a membership at for their customers!! Great selection for their breakfest items.

we spent the week before at another hotel in this area that was just dirty....when we walked into the room at Best Western it was spotless...everything was the opposite from our other experience...made the stay for training very pleasant...hope we can stay there again.........

Nice room after the long drive, beds comfortable. Pool was not open yet. Breakfast was wonderful. Need to have more than two towels in king rooms for the people with long hair. Close to restaurants in walking distance because of no fitness on site.

I have stayed at this hotel before, this stay was much better. I would have liked to had a pool but too cold. Everything was great. The only problem I had was an odor or smell that caused me to get stuffy and sneeze. I was assured that it was the cleaning product used for bathroom.

The Best Western Hotel in Decatur Alabama was an about an overall 8. It was a very clean hotel and everyone was nice but I do think that maybe someone needs to check the beds a little better when they clean!!!
