During my recent visit to Kolkata, I stayed with Hotel Gardenia. The experience was truly horrible. The room was OK as such except for mosquitos. The washroom did,nt have hot running water even in winter month. Room service was the worst. the first ever hotel i have seen, where tea is not served at dinner time.
