I stayed here in Feb. 2013, the hotel staff was very helpful, wifi was free where in all other hotels you have to pay for it. And nothing beats the location, very central....close to the mall and easy accessibility to public transport. All in all well worth the price.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days and experienced so many things....Power failure, Bed bugs, delayed room service (Got coffee after 1 hour of ordering). Breakfast was good. Tariff was high for these rooms. 12 noon check out timings.

I was booked in a suite, but the room was not clean. What I didn't like the most was it smelled of the cigarate smoke. The breakfast spread was just about ok and the staff was not really helpful. The property happens to be good and located in the center of the city, but not maintained well.

Behaviour of d staff is very uncouth. Seems this hotel isn't under the service industry pls find other options.. don't spoil ur stay like mine..the linen is old,bathroom fittings are dirty and service pathetic.. and not to mention the bar very overpriced..

Everything, right from the staff, to the rooms, building, bathroom, amenities, atittude of the staff, cleanliness require improvement to attract little more business traveller. The staff had very callous attitude and were very very unprofessional.

A dreadful hotel. Extremely dirty public spaces, including restaurants. I felt sick after eating dinner there - I should have run away after looking at the condition of the hallways and a slight peek into the kitchen. Avoid The Samilton.
