Hotel looks like Tall but Small Boutique, as it start from first floor without lift it become discomfort to us carrying the lagauge. Location-wise in the heart of city, nearest Metro Station is Rabindra Sadan. Staffs are good, co-operative, friendly in nature and guide with proper information. This hotel is a rather small one. The very first thing one would notice is how dirty the locale is, but hey this is Calcutta so no big deal. We were there at Durga Puja time, a busy time, but the staff made us very comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked, and the staff gave us tips on absolutely everything, right from travel tips to shopping tips. a small boutique hotel with excellent location neat & clean rooms friendly staff, only there is no lift to go to 1St floor nice food and well stocked bar . bathrooms are neat & clean.
