The owner and service are very kind...and... More

Been to this place a few times for short trips to Kolkata. Not a great hotel , but best in the range it operates : 1. Location - 1/2 a km from Park street. A ricksaw will take 20 rupees to take you there. Good location i would say, a lot of tourists in the area 2. Room - Neat... More

This hotel was worth the money, and it was clean has A/C, TV etc and the bathrooms was pretty spacious and they serve you bed tea in the morning, which was quite enjoyable. Location couldn't be better, really close to Park St. Does not look much on the outside, but it makes up for on the inside, would definitely stay... More

Booked a deluxe room in mid-September'11 while on a transit trip and stayed for 1 night here. The hotel is basic, clean rooms and toilet. There was no restaurant but the waiter will get food for you from outside if you specify and pay him outright. The room size was ok, not spacious. The fridge and the geyser (in bathroom)... More

Finding a decent accommodation in Kolkata can be a challenging task for a budget traveller. In my opinion, Kolkata unilike some other cities of India, doesn't seem to have mid-range options. Times International hotel is a good choice for budget conscious traveller in the heart of city. It is located in the midst of hustle bustle of New Market (Sudder... More

The 'Times' is one of the small boutique hotels appearing in refurbished apartment blocks. We found it by accident and it certainly gives the super expensive hotels a run for their money! Don't be put off by the very ordinary exterior. The hotel is fully refurbished with a large plasma television, comfy beds and a couch as well, a fridge... More
